According to correspondence with individuals through PedalCar.com, it appears to be a Pioneer line model 3000 Blackhawk manufactured by Gendron of Toledo, Ohio. The Airplane has been estimated to have a value of between $5,000.00 and $7,000.00.The Airplane has been stored indoors for almost 80 years and is thought to be in all original condition except for the paint scheme and the rear wheel. Specifications: The following dimensions are approximate: Wing Span: 29 inches Width Front Wheel to Front Wheel: 19 inches --- Height to top of Steering Wheel: 26 inches --- Length Nose to Tail: 52 inches. Toys that made Peter Gendron famous still command a special place in the hearts of pedal car enthusiasts.. If you are ever lucky enough to own a Gendron pedal car, you will understand the work and love that went into building this wonderful toy.
